Timing is everything? 

The new special edition of Aston’s flagship DBS Superleggera has been designed to celebrate the British manufacturer’s official tie-up with TAG Heuer. And we’re pleased to report the car looks rather smart. The menacing specification includes ‘Monaco Black’ paint, a smattering of carbon-fibre aerodynamic trinkets, and a black leather and Alcantara interior contrasted with bright red stitching, piping, and TAG logos embroidered in the seats. We’d probably have stopped short of the Formula 1-style red-walled Pirelli tyres, though we imagine they’ll have their admirers. There’s no word on the price yet, but we do know each car will be delivered together with a matching Carrera Heuer Aston Martin Special Edition watch. If you’re so inclined, the piece can also be purchased separately, priced at 6,550 US dollars.
