Because the owner has been in possession of this Mercedes for so long, an insane amount of history is known. We have already been able to write down several beautiful memories. He bought it at the time for 4,250 Dutch guilders in Assendelft. After various adventures and vacations, he married in 1975 in the car. It was last driven in 1983, after which the car was completely dismantled. The body was welded and painted and many new items were obtained. Finally the car was put in storage for a long time. In 2012, Jaap Havik was contacted, who completely rebuild the car over a period of 2 years.
This Mercedes really needs to be seen and preferably sold to a real enthusiast.
