Sold between 1947 and early 1955, GM's 'Advanced Design' (AD) pickups feature styling more akin to a GM sedan with the interior features to match. For 1954 and early 1955 the ADs received a mild front end makeover that included a bold crosshair-shaped grill and a one-piece windshield. This pickup, badged as a 3100 half-ton, features this era-ending, revised styling and, in its mottled green paint, looks to be effortlessly blending in with the scenery.
