ULYSSE NARDIN SPLIT-SECONDS COMPETITION CHRONOGRAPH, CIRCA 1950
Four body fillet stainless steel case, n. 690193, polished dustcover, screw back with reeded edge, chronograph start by pressing the crown and split function via the pusher at 10:30.
Signed white dial, inscribed “Federazione Italiana Cronometristi”, painted Arabic hour numerals, minute track, outer division with double fractions by 1/5th and 1/10th of seconds, subdials for the seconds and 30-min register. Blued Empire Breguet hands, double chronograph hands.
Signed key-less movement, rhodium-plated 22’’’ lignes caliber, 2/3 plate, n. 127483, fausses-côtes and perlage decoration, column wheel system, brushed steel leverage, lever escapement with 36.000 beats per hour, Guillaume balance with screws, Breguet hairspring, micrometer disk regulator.
