Very fine and rare, nephrite, yellow gold and enamel 8-day
going desk clock.
Square with stepped rounded corners carved from a
single piece of nephrite, yellow gold bezel with two royal
blue champlevé enamel concentric rings, hinged yellow
gold handle decorated to match with gold block terminals,
silver-gilt back with 4 screws and apertures for hand-setting
and winding.
Matte silver with radial Roman numerals, outer minute
track, sunray engine-turned center. Yellow gold pierced
circle and arrow hands.
19''', matte gilt, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement,
cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet
balance spring, index regulator.
