Founded by American Carl A. Neracher in Syracuse, New York in 1918, with a production base in the United Kingdom, thanks to a trade agreement with Simplex Sheffield, his motorbikes were immediately distinguished by the very bold solutions adopted such as a frame formed by a lower metal beam in stamped sheet metal similar to that of a car and an indirect steering system with ball joint placed in the centre of the wheel hub, a system that remained the only one of its kind until the arrival of the Yamaha GTS1000 in 1993. Equipped with a 285 cc vertical single-cylinder 2-stroke engine and transmission with variable speed drive, whose features make it truly unique and even the aesthetic level is no less important, so much so that Ner-a-cars are often exhibited at many International Concours d'Elegance. The proposed model is a well-preserved 1923 B, a wonderful opportunity to take home an original and rare piece of motorcycling history of almost a century ago. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
