PIAGET - a gentleman's Altiplano 'Ultra-Thin' wrist watch. 18ct rose gold case with exhibition case back. Reference P10697, serial 1063694. Signed automatic calibre 1208P. Silvered dial with baton hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial between four and five. Fitted to a signed black alligator strap with 18ct rose gold pin buckle. 43mm.
