Chasing tenths

Just like those potent Group B homologation specials, just 200 Autodromo Group B Evoluziones will be built, each of which will come with a numbered aluminium carry case and four nylon straps, in colour combinations inspired by the most famous Group B liveries. Unlike the snarling rally cars, however, there are no panel gaps and shoddy craftsmanship to see here – and gone is the stainless steel case of the old watch, replaced with an unpolished aerospace-grade aluminium unit, reducing the overall weight of the watch by seven grams. It’s a proper 1980s-styled timepiece, that looks right at home at the wheel of the Lancia Delta S4 in the mesmeric video above.
