Description

A fine 'Femme Libellule' mascot, by Victor Rossi, French, 1921, signed 'V.Rossi' to left side of base, nickelled bronze, allegorical figure in the form of a draped female in flight with dragonfly wings and flowing hair, 25cm long, mounted to a period radiator cap above a turned wooden display base.
