Beautiful Triumph TR4A Surrey top from 1964.



This TR4 was originally delivered in the US and is very unique!
The Triumph was delivered in Tartan red, it is in solid, used condition.
It comes from the 2nd owner.

Originally delivered with a Surrey hardtop.


This Triumph had the same owner for over 29 years. They maintained it well. 


This great TR4 from 1964 comes from the 1st series and is in neat, used condition.
The roadster is equipped with original steel rims coated in black with original chrome hubcaps and very good tyres.

Sprayed in Tartan red with very neat chrome.
This colour combination is truly beautiful! Deep red paint combined with black leather seats, a wooden dashboard and Moto-Lita steering wheel.



Exterior:

This Triumph TR4 is in good, used condition, the paintwork is undamaged and good, the chrome is in reasonably good condition and partly new. 

It has original Lucas headlights.
It has a sports exhaust system with a beautiful deep sound.

With stainless steel round mirrors, chrome windscreen wipers,
and a Monza fuel cap.

The soft-top is good including the original frame (not yet mounted as it currently has a Surrey top).
We will supply a loose vinyl Surrey top cover.


The bottom is hard, solid and completely undamaged.

Interior:

The interior has two original black leather seats with beige piping, neat door cards, a wooden dashboard with original Smiths gauges with unique convex glass,
a Triumph gearstick knob, leather handbrake cover and good Triumph TR4 mats.
It has the original black carpet.

Original Moto-Lita steering wheel with a stainless steel and walnut finish.

Both the interior and exterior are in a very beautiful condition.



Mechanics:
It has an original 2,138cc 4-cylinder engine with 105 HP, a perfect 4-speed gearbox and overhauled carburettors. Very well maintained.
The technical components have been fully checked in our workshop and completely serviced.

This TR4A is technically in very good condition and has a beautiful sound.



Details:

This original TR4 is exactly as it should be, a very cool English sports car with a powerful 2.1L engine and chrome spoke rims.
The Triumph was from an enthusiast and was imported in 1993.
Always neatly maintained and parked in a heated garage.

We have a documentation folder and the 'owners workshop manual' is also included.
