Chassis No.
DRL50579C

Estimate:
$ 60,000 - $ 70,000 US

The Corniche was first introduced in 1971; it represented the coupe and cabriolet versions of the Silver Shadow Four-Door Saloon. The coupe was later discontinued in 1982, but the cabriolet was produced until 1996. The Corniche has a desirable and recognizable look to it and has been widely praised over the years. The bodylines on the Corniche Coupe are very distinct and they flow firmly from front to the rear. The simple, yet elegant, front grille shows a form of stature represented in the Rolls-Royce name.

This Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible is presented with a black exterior, well-presented brightwork and full wheel covers. The interior is tailored with black upholstery with grey piping highlighting the seats. The front and back seats are reported to be new; along with the top and the headliner is reported to be in “like new” condition. The interior has also been graced with an Alpine CD player. Under the hood is a 6.75-liter engine that is paired with a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The car is well appointed with power steering, brakes, windows and convertible top.

The owner states that on March 3, there was $7,000 spent on mechanical servicing. This service included: new brake spheres, rebuilt steering rack, new struts, new tires, all brake calipers rebuilt; plus an air conditioning service that cost around $9,000.
