Description

The J72 was produced between 1972 and 1981 by Panther Westwinds, a small British car manufacturer; less than 500 were produced. It was styled after the Jaguar SS100 from the 1930s but with technology from the 70s including engines from the Jaguar XJ. While a V12 was available for the J72, this example has the 4.2-litre inline-6 DOHC engine which is mated to an automatic gearbox. The dashboard has an engine turned finish and Cobra seats were fitted. This is a car that turns heads and it was built with great attention to detail.
