Model History
The most powerful W126 S-class Mercedes. Engine has 5 litres of displacement, and its power reaches 245hp. This engine was only available on W126 S-class between 1979 and 1985. „SEL” was a long wheel base version. Wheel base of this car is 3075mm and total length is 5160mm. This iconic and majestic design of W126 model range was a piece of art made by Bruno Sacco. Car was perfect in every detail and a very wide range of accessories and kits were offered. AMG, which then was not a part of Mercedes, offered bodykits and engine performance packages. Successor of W126 was the W140 model, which was introduced in 1991.

Vechicle History
This particular Mercedes 500 SEL was produced in 1985. It was equipped with full AMG bodykit. The car was imported from Switzerland, where the paintjob was reconditioned. A full mechanical overhaul was conducted by a recent owner, which included change of fluids, oil pan sealings, valve tappets, camshaft and and timing chain. Its AMG suspension is in perfect condition. Car is equipped with very interesting accessories, for example a complete Motorola MCR 4800xl phone set. Interior is in very good shape. It is one of the rarest versions of W126, one of the most collectibles AMG cars. It surely will be in a range of interest of experienced collectors and Mercedes-enthusiasts.
