Description
The McLaren Elva was unveiled in 2019 and is the first open top road-legal sports car in McLaren's history, with just 149 units produced. The actual kerb weight has not been revealed, however McLaren themselves claim that it’s the lightest road car they have ever made. The 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine produces 815hp, 800Nm of torque and accelerates from 0-100km/h in less than 3 seconds. The defining feature of the Elva is that you can experience its tremendous potential without a roof. The view, the sound of the engine echoing from behind, the feeling of the wind as you accelerate, the Elva will take you through a world that cannot be described in words, but is known only to those who had the chance of sitting behind its steering wheel.
This is a particularly special example that was delivered at a McLaren Delivery Ceremony held at Fuji Speedway, and the owner himself actually took the wheel and drove it around the track. The owner of this car has owned a number of McLarens in the past, he says that the Elva has great handling and stability, and when driving it feels like he is at one with the car as if riding a motorcycle. The odometer shows 400km (number may increase due to logistic handling, etc.), and not only its beauty, but also the genuine accessories included, the boston bag and special helmet made by BELL with the Elva’s silhouette, are all in like-new condition.
