An original 1940 Willys Coupe purchased over 15 years ago from Pennsylvania converted into a fantastic time less and bespoke built Custom Rod. The Willys Americar was a line of automobiles produced in America by the Willys Overland Motors from 1937 to 1942. The came in various bodies from sedan, station wagon, pick up truck or the famous coupe which was ripe for customising and hot rodding and this prime example is the pinnacle of 40\'s Hot Rod Coupes of the day. This absolute head turning earth trembling street machine has been hand built by a perfectionist over the past 10 years and is truly a work of art and the attention to detail is truly unbelievable. This absolute beast of a Willys Coupe has been built at no expense spared and painstakingly created to be so unique it is a credit to her previous builder and visionary and the expense was well over $550k so today this could never be done for this asking price.

Much $$$$$ has been spent making this custom muscle animal not only a delight to see, drive and hear. The body finished in PPG Black Tuxedo coachwork and she is all steel hand bent and bespoke made to be perfect in gaps and seems which is so artisan workmanship over many years. The engine was bespoke built also starting with a 530 Big Block producing 800HP easy tune with 8/71 Supercharger/Blower and with a 3000 high stall convertor coupled to a 3 speed "Ried Racing" full manual valve body box with a LSD 9: inch with a 4:3 diff ratio. To finish off the external appeal and to fill those custom wheel arches and phatten her presence she sits on 15x4.5 Weld wheels 6.5 inch front and the rear are 15x15 Weld wheels 18.5 inch tyres, she is so tuff just standing still her presence on the road is like no other, they can hear you coming down the road. With a full stainless steel 3\' inch custom exhaust making the most of her "Big Block" Supercharged V8 she sounds like thunder coming down the road. She also runs a 100 lites fuel tank and runs perfectly well on 98\' octane so plenty of cruising can be had in this stunning tough Willys beast of coupe.
