Model History
It was the flagship model for Jaguar, manufactured between 1994 and 1997. By its shape and design it does share a lot of ressemblance to the 1970s models. It was the first car manufactured after the British company was acquired by Ford. It was offered also in the long wheelbase. The engine was either at 3.2 L or 4.0 L in line six. Buyers could choose either a five speed manual gearbox or a four speed automatic gearbox from ZF.
Vehicle History
This particular XJ6 shown at the National Stadium Auction i san interesting proposition of a car with Polish history with minor bodywork to take care of. It has been serviced by a Jaguar specialist in Warsaw and despite its high mileage it is in excellent shape in terms of mechanics but the bodywork needs some attention. The interior, given the age of the vehicle looks good - the leather on the steering wheel and on the seeas has a very nice patina and is without tears. This Jaguar will likely be a great car for the next owner.
