At the end of the 1980s, when it became clear that urban traffic was becoming more and more problematic, Citroën began to look for solutions to improve driver mobility. The Citela concept exhibited at the French pavilion at the 1992 Universal Exhibition in Seville will be one of the solutions to this problem. With its electric motorization, it responds to the problem of pollution. Its small size and twin wheels allow it to turn a short radius, which solves the problem of mobility. And its large glass surface makes the interior very bright and pleasant. With a length of 2.96 m and a width of 1.55 m for 790 kg, its 72 Volt electric motor allowed it to reach 110 km/h. The model we are presenting for sale is a model of a living room preserved by Citroën Héritage until today. Unique in its kind, it is a condensed version of innovation, while highlighting the electric motor 25 years before its rise on the market.
