Description
- Constructed and registered in 1969, original number plates and the logbook showing 3 owners. Fully restored in 2017 and therefore in perfect condition. Rare first series with the modifications made for 1969, thus it retains all the distinctive features such as the interior and specific bumpers and floor pedals. The Alfa Romeo Heritage certificate is present that confirms all the characteristics.
- Indigo Grey colour with optional interior in burgundy red viola, totally restored with great care. There are invoices of work carried out and the photo book. The bodywork was stripped and checked on the template, the few metal sheets that had a hint of corrosion were replaced and repainted in its original colour, and all seals are new.
- Seats are new and completely original and exceptionally well-preserved, and carpets in the boot are perfect. Dashboard and plastics are original and perfectly intact – woodwork restored, and electrical system overhauled. Totally protected from corrosion with wax and undercarriage treatment.
- Mechanically perfect, the engine overhaul showed that the approximately 73,000 km indicated are plausible. The gearbox and differential checked and maintained, and the braking system and steering box completely overhauled, as well as the suspension. The petrol tank and pipes, clutch, exhaust, hoses and tyres all replaced.
- Thanks to its refined and powerful 1750 twin-shaft engine, Bertone's masterpiece and the most prized version of the Giulia GT, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cars on the market in terms of its colour scheme, the documentation available and its top-quality restoration.
