Fritz Ludwig Neumeyer founded Zundapp Werke, a mechanical engineering company, in 1917, in Nuremberg. After the Second World War, it began to expand its production towards civilian products suitable for facilitating the movement of people and, in 1954, it presented its idea of mass motorization at sustainable costs with the Bella R200 scooter, which soon became a success, reaching the remarkable milestone of 26,900 units produced. Simple and versatile, with its 200 cc single-cylinder, 2-stroke engine and pleasing aesthetics – very similar to the Parilla Levriero and equipped with a large storage compartment in the space under the seat. It was particularly appreciated by users, often used for pleasant trips out of town, not only for work but also for fun. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
