Veloce Ltd was an English motorbike manufacturer founded in 1904, in Birmingham, that, despite being relatively small in comparison to their competitors BSA, Norton and Triumph, were noted for producing reliable, high-performance motorbikes, with some models enjoying brilliant racing success. The reliability of these motorbikes earned them several commercial orders from the public sector, including one from the British Police, which commissioned the LE (Little Engine) model with a water-cooled, twin-cylinder 4-stroke engine with opposed cylinders and 150 and 200 cc displacements. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
