The Officine Meccaniche Zanzi S.p.A. Company in Ivrea built mopeds with decidedly advanced features for the time. These mopeds had a pressed sheet metal frame and front suspension with a wishbone fork and central spring. The top model, called the ‘Piviere’ (Plover), was equipped with a 49 cc 2-stroke engine with a maximum speed of 40 km/h, a maximum gradient of 15% and a fuel consumption of 1 litre per 80 km. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
