The Bolognese Company NSV (Nanni Società Velomotori) began producing auxiliary micromotors with roller transmission in the early 1950s. The most famous was the Grillo, a 49.9 cc two-stroke engine with 1.4 hp power, credited with a speed of 40 km/h and a consumption of 1 litre per 78 km. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
