In 1962 the Metralla 62 appeared, a great replacement for the 155cc Tralla. At that time it developed 18 hp and competed with all Japanese twin-cylinder bikes, not because of its power, but because of its weight. Affordable, the Spanish single cylinder conquered many young riders who trained on this air cooled two stroke.
Fueled by a mixture of SP95 and 3% oil, this 1964 model is in good general condition. The tank, topped by the Bultaco logo, has been repainted in a grey/burgundy, as have the front and rear mudguards. The original leather seat has been replaced by a fabric seat. The tires, rims and exhaust system are also in good condition. A mechanical overhaul is suggested so that the engine runs properly and takes you over the obstacles of the cross-country terrain with ease."
