These panda-dial MHD watches are endangered but not yet extinct

Taking further inspiration from the evocative period of motorsport in the 1960s and ’70s, these updated Panda and Reverse Panda CR1 chronographs from Matthew Humphries Design are, like the bear from which they take their name, very rare beasts indeed…

Timeless timepiece

The latest members of the growing family of watches designed in-house by Matthew Humphries Design, the new and wonderfully retro Panda and Reverse Panda CR1s, feature the same 42mm brushed stainless-steel case but are accentuated by contrasting automotive-themed sub-registers. Delivered with either a black or brown rally strap crafted from calf’s leather, the watches will be built in ultra-limited numbers from the original run of 500 CR1s, making them extremely rare. Be sure to act fast to secure what we think is Matthew Humphries’ finest design yet.
