As the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland and its French colleagues were preparing for an exceptional season-opener during the 24 Hours of Le Mans weekend, the new safety car for the series, a Porsche Taycan, was poised to hit the road from the Porsche Experience Centre in Hockenheim to the Circuit de la Sarthe via Reims and Paris.
