A fresh take on timeless designs from an era when the London businessman defined elegance and sophistication, this briefcase and portfolio are everything we’ve come to expect from Gladstone London, and more. Of course, each piece is handcrafted, but for the Neo-Vintage Business Collection, a particularly special leather was discovered and liberated from a darkened warehouse near Lake Como, Italy. Lying dormant for 30 years in this most favourable of climates has given the leather a unique, natural patina, and due to the scarcity of the material, just 20 pieces of each design will be available. Embellishing this most luxurious of leathers is a diamond-cut pewter lock, handcrafted by a Florence jeweller, and both designs are lined with Alcantara. The portfolio offers room for a 15-inch laptop and boasts multiple inner pockets and a slip outer pocket, while the briefcase’s double-gusset design provides ample internal storage.
