Hardcore history
In addition to a small number of other classic rally icons, the Group B contingent was listed by Classic Driver Dealer Top Marques, and comprises an ex-Works Martini Racing Lancia Delta S4 and a Belga-liveried Ford RS200, both from 1986. The former was used as a spare car for Miki Biasion at the Rally of Argentina, while the latter – set up for Tarmac – was one of two cars driven by Robert Droogmans for the 1986 season. Other cars in the feverish inventory include the Martini Racing Lancia Delta Evoluzione in which Didier Auriol and Bernard Occelli won the 1992 Rally Costa Smeralda, and a 1970 Lancia Fulvia HF1600 ‘Fanalone’ Group 4 purchased new from the Works racing department. Who cares about panel gaps? We’re shaken, stirred, and completely smitten.
