With its distinctive shape, the Citroën 2CV mobilised the masses in the 1950s. Almost four million examples were built, in a number of unusual guises including the 4X4, with its unique twin-engine all-wheel-drive system. With only around 700 ever built, today the oddities are proving collectable. Earlier this year, 173,000 euros were paid for a time-warp example at auction.
