When German engineering is fused with Italian style

This custom BMW R100/7 is the result of a collaboration between Italian eyewear brand Dom Vetro and Brooklyn-based custom motorcycle builder Cardinal Motors, and comes with a plethora of matching limited-edition accessories…

Clean, simple and well-executed

Having stripped down the BMW R100/7 to its bare minimum, Cardinal Motors’ Chad Hodge rebuilt the bike with the guidance of Dom Vetro’s Ashley Bezamat, using the finest quality components and parts that, if necessary, were custom fabricated. In a nod to the Italian eyewear company, the bike boasts a number of matching accessories, including a Bullitt-themed helmet, two pairs of Dom Vetro’s polarised Cortina sunglasses, and a calf’s leather tank-strap in which to keep said glasses safe and sound. It’s a clean, simple, well-executed design that wouldn’t look out of place on the streets of Berlin or the twisting roads high in the Italian Alps.
