Velomotor Testi of San Lazzaro di Savena, in the province of Bologna, was a company very active in the production of both touring and sporting mopeds. In 1964, it presented a model with a decidedly racing look called Grand Prix De Luxe, with semi-handlebars, telescopic fork and powered by the Minarelli P3 K, a 50cc single-cylinder 2-stroke engine with three-speed gearbox with knob control. Non-original air filter. Restored and since then presumably never used. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
