A rare and early 'L'Etoile Filante' (Shooting Star) mascot by Jean Garnier, French, circa 1905, signed 'J.Garnier' to front of base, nickel-plated bronze mascot in the form of a female nude riding the tail of a shooting star, approximately 22.5cm long, mounted on a turned wooden display base.
