brown heavy leather case with leather handles to each end, nickelled locks and catches, the lid with branded initials 'A.J.G.S.' and fall-front opening to reveal wicker framework interior fitted with wicker-handled kettle and ornate fretwork burner, saucepan and lid, two large glass drinks bottles with four integral nickelled beakers, smaller milk bottle, ceramic-based food box, three other food tins, tea-cups and saucers, rectangular enamel plates and cutlery, the case measuring 52cm wide.
