Beschreibung

An Elliott wall-clock circa 1941, circular mahogany case with removable wooden back, opening to reveal chain fusee 8-day movement stamped '16778 Made by H.W.Elliott Ltd England dated 1941', lacking pendulum and key, the black-painted brass bezel fitted with 14 inch diameter plain glass lens, the dial painted as a sector clock, faded, worn and foxed with evidence of restoration, some numerals hand-coloured in black pen.
