We have a very nice RHD 1980 Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce available. The Bertone designed coupé is still very much recognisable as an Alfa Romeo and has not lost any of its timeless beauty. This car has been restored and as if that is not enough it has been fitted with a 2.0 litre engine.

The bodywork looks resplendent. The nice and thin panelwork has been correctly aligned. The respray was done to a high standard and has held up extremely well. The brightwork is also in a good state of appearance and is flush fitting. The steel wheels has chrome hubcaps and are shod in correctly sized tyres.

The interior is decked out in nice black vinyl upholstery in good condition. The characteristic long gear stick stands out as well as the sportive three-spoke steering wheel. All instruments and controls look and are indeed in good shape as is the headlining.

The car is mechanically sound. The 2.0 litre runs really well with more than ample torque throughout the range. A precise 5-speed manual guides you with ease to the top. Suspension and brakes have also been well maintained and perform as expected. The road handling with these classic Alfas is such a joy. Just imagine the fun you could have on your favourite mountain road, there are not many cars out there to equal the sensation. This Alfa Romeo is fleet-footed but not so you cannot use all of its muscle. The car is finely balanced and this specific example has the added benefit of being able to judge righthand corners with its steering wheel on the right.
