In 1973 Yamaha introduced the TZ350 race bike which would become a force to be reckoned with in the 350 GP class worldwide. Power comes from a water-cooled 2-stroke 2-cylinder 350cc engine.
This particular TZ350 is from 1978, meaning it has the updated rear suspension with a monoshock.
Th owner purchased the bike from Yamaha when it was launched and all parts, tyres and everything else were kept in the same condition as when delivered. It has been stored in a garage for 42 years without ever being started.
The crate of spare parts that came with the bike at the time of purchase was never opened, but was unpacked to check the contents when the bike was put up for sale.
