TMZ (Tula Motorzikly Zavod), a company initially based in East Germany and famous for armaments construction, moved production to Tula, Russia, in the 1950s and, like many companies in that sector, it was not insensitive to the call of the market with its strong demand for mass motorization at sustainable costs. It started its own scooter project with the T200a model, equipped with a 200 cc single-cylinder 2-stroke engine housed in a sheet metal frame on which side carriages were often combined. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
